CityHealth house calls deliver comfort, convenience, and a comprehensive list of services. Our highly qualified medical staff travels in a mobile lab equipped with everything they need to diagnose and treat common illnesses or injuries. From urgent care services to routine physicals, CityHealth has you covered.

House calls are available between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., seven days a week.
How much does it cost?
House Call Fees: $225
- plus the cost of additional services (X-rays, stitches, lab tests)
- Or, join as a premium member for just $60 per month and get telemedicine, walk-in visits, and house calls at no additional cost.
We are “fee for service,” and your full payment is due at the time of your house call. Although we don’t accept insurance, we’ll make sure you have all the paperwork you need to submit your claim to your insurance company.
You can pay with cash, check, or credit card. We also accept HSA cards.
