Find your registration code on the card in your test kit or on your collection tube.  

Do not remove the barcode label from the collection tube.  

If your collection tube does not have a label, please contact customer service before proceeding.

Activate your kit in 4 easy steps

  1. Enter the bar code from your test kit
  2. Fill out your patient profile
  3. Agree to our Terms and Conditions
  4. Proceed to telemedicine visit

Have this info handy:

  • Government issued ID
  • Insurance Card if you have insurance
